✨ Shipping Info

• All in-stock items ship out the next business day (Monday–Friday). We don’t ship on weekends or holidays.
   
• If there’s any issue with your order, we’ll contact you within 72 hours via email.
   
• Orders within the U.S. ship via USPS or UPS, depending on the option you choose at checkout. Most deliveries take 2–5 business days, but times may vary depending on order volume or carrier delays.
   
• We offer Free Shipping on orders $100+ within the U.S. These orders will ship via the most affordable method available.
   
• UPS does not deliver on weekends.
   

📦 Pre-Orders & Backorders
If your order includes a pre-order or backorder item, it will ship once all items are available. Want something sooner? Place separate orders.

🌍 International Orders

• Final shipping cost will be calculated and emailed after checkout.
   
• Delivery can take 7–60 days, depending on your location and customs.
   
• Please note: Taxes, duties, and import fees are the buyer's responsibility. Witch PLZ does not cover these charges.

Due to the nature of our handmade products, all sales are final.
Orders cannot be changed or canceled once placed.
No refunds will be issued for shipping or services unless we cancel the class or event.
